Should I modularize the framework firstly?

Hell everyone, Now I'm developing micro-php framework just for learning (some advanced OOP concepts, design pattern, etc....). I just do some progress in it but now i'm thinking to modularize it as composer packages to update it separately . Is that correct plan ? or Should I wait at the end of the framework then modularize it ? . Sorry if question looks like a trivial but I really got confused about it .
