What are the checklist for .NET Development Leads [on hold]

When starting a new role as development lead, I've been using the check-list below to get a feel of solution health.

1. Code analysis
2. Code coverage
3. Code Lens
4. Security (OWASP)

However I've not found any of the above useful except item 4 as it will require a whole application architecture redesign (most of the time).

Could you share your experience on check-list you go through when starting new project/role?
