ReSharper Structural Search and Replace - searching for the absence of a token

Does anyone know if it's possible to search for the absence of a token with ReSharper's Structural Search and Replace facility?

I'm using VB.NET / ReSharper 9.2 and wish to search for all methods where ByVal or ByRef has not been used for a parameter, highlighting these cases to the user.
