Car & Meeting Room Reservation - Which design pattern?

I want to develop a portal includes car reservation form and meeting room reservation modules.

I've Car and Metting Room classes, but it looks like it's clunky to create CarReservation and MeetingRoomReservation classes. They are duplicated. One common Reservation class may be better.

Which design pattern can be used in this situation? Is Factory Pattern suitable?
