Design pattern for selecting questions

I'm currently undertaking a project, the project gives me a scenario where they want me to instantiate 20 question tests which can be populated with questions randomly from a pool. The design pattern should also be able to allow me to edit the type of test questions and their characteristics. I'm required to write an implementation for this using a certain design pattern only

I've spent a few days looking over all the design patterns I can think of however I am really struggling with this, a nudge in the right direction would be very useful. thank you
