How to find and select a pattern on numbers and text in SublimeText? [on hold]

I have a piece of text which has an extra information like date and time at the beginning which I don't need. I like to select all of the recurring pattern in all lines and delete them.

The text looks like this:

-a----         9/2/2018  11:49 AM          18025 a cardiology conference.mp3                      
-a----         9/2/2018  11:50 AM          9143 a lady.mp3                                       
-a----         9/2/2018  12:17 PM          19853 and is New York pleasing to you.mp3              
-a----         9/2/2018  11:57 AM          18808 are you going to stay a long time.mp3            
-a----         9/2/2018  12:18 PM          20898 are you in Paris on business.mp3

I want to delete this pattern:

-a----         9/2/2018  11:49 AM          18025

and just keep the rest of the text like:

a cardiology conference.mp3
