Creating a pattern in excel

I have a list:

25  A   01
25  A   02
25  A   03
25  A   04
25  D   01
25  D   02
25  D   03
25  D   04
25  D   05
25  D   06
25  D   07
25  D   08
25  D   09
25  D   10
25  D   11
25  D   12
25  E   01
25  E   02
25  E   03
25  E   04
25  E   05
25  E   06
25  E   07
25  E   08
25  E   09
25  E   10
25  E   11
25  E   12

What i need is to resort them in a way that it goes:

25 e 01
25 d 01
25 c 01
25 b 01
25 a 01
25 e 02

….. n so on. I'm unable to figure out a pattern where i keep the letter as the sorting key but still make numbers into a pattern

This is a list of over 40000, so I need something fully automatic
