What are Best references to learn design pattern?

I search a lot on the internet and try to find an interactive or practical reference to learn design pattern in c# or some other language and I could not find a good result. maybe there are many people like me those are trying to find a good reference and absolutely more, people who have some information and want to share with others.

please share references like Ebook names or sites address and etc about design patterns and Object Oriented Software design which are practical and useful.
