What architecture & pattern used in microservice?

We have a microservice solution in .net core where in there is a APi(DTO's defined), Data, Domain, Application, ApplicationInterface, Infrastructure projects used, what sort of pattern is this?

Also there is aggregateroot class so might be aggregate pattern used, please help to understand so that I can follow some videos or tutorial links.
