Decorator Design Pattern Ambigous - JAVA

Let take simple class diagram as an example

My Question is why do we need OptionalWrapper ? Isn't it enough that OptionalOne, OptionalTwo and OptionalThree implements Interface because all we need us Interface type of object in the decorator classes.
