What's the purpose of Bloc and what's the optimal situations for its usage in my flutter app?

I'm using the Bloc pattern in my flutter App but I'm confused about the situations where i really need to use it. for example can using the Bloc pattern in animations and simple UI components changing have any real benefit?

what are some of the situations where Bloc usage really shines and the situations where using it would be completely useless and an alternative is more suitable?
