System to handle addition of different attributes dynamically

Think we have a hierarchy like

System has hierarchy like above , if user provides one more new attribute like as 'Z' System should handle newly added attribute at desired level like above. System should be so smart to handle N varieties of new attributes with minimal code changes.

Can anyone please suggest me a good design approach to incorporate all this?
