XOR / ASCII - Decryption with repeating key

I will try to explain my problem. I have already searched for hours to find the solution, but unfortunately I still don't know the answer (so, I don't know how I can solve it).

I have a "code" (see picture). I know some things about this "code": 1. It contains a repeating pattern; 2. The repetition can start at any point in the pad; 3. The bits at the start are not necessarily part of the repeating pattern.

I don't know how I can solve the last part. I hope you can explain, how I need to do this.
