Mvc for front end

I'm asked to implement a front end design as part of an assessment. I know how to do all the html, css and JavaScript needed.

The thing is that it needs to be implemented using an MVC, which do far I have never used.

Checking on possible MVCs such as lavarel or angularJs I find them too complex for my needs.

Any recommendations? The design is simple, just the front page of a site, like the one you found find in any business website, it includes a subscription button as well but that's the most complex thing it has.

Any mvc that is easy to learn and helps to implement this?
