.Net Core 3+ Azure App Service (Web app) with Key Vault

Am planning to create a new WEBAPI (Azure App Services WEBAPP) on .Net Core 3.1 . Searching for best samples that could help me on initializing Key Vault at runtime and good design patterns for Rest API. Please help me in finding good samples, thanks in advance
