how do I create smart parking android app with web admin portal? [closed]

I'm doing a project on a Smart parking android application. So, I would like to make a web admin panel first and connecting that to the google firebase and creating the database inside the firebase.

Then I would like to create the android app and then connect it to firebase and use the same database which I have created before to access and request the data. I am using firebase because I am not good at creating a server or backend system for my application. So I wanted to know whether I am doing it in the right way or can you please suggest me a good way of implementing this project.

I have done a few online research on whether I can connect my web admin portal and android app to the same database in firebase or not, and I could not find an appropriate answer for it.
