How to use Pillow to apply pattern image to a clothing image?

I was wondering what material could someone refer me to so that I have an idea how I can apply a pattern on an image of a white shirt. Please keep in mind that I also want to liquify the pattern to make it look as realistic as possible. I've seen video tutorials for this to be done by Photoshop, but I want a more dynamic approach, like this website.
