We sell train tickets on our site. When the user selects chairs, we lock those seats. But if the user does this several times! The extra seats are locked and other users can not select them. We plan to use design patterns so that each user can only lock the seats in a limited number and if the number of locked seats increases from a certain number, we will put the user in a black list.
Which design patterns do you think are suitable for this?
