I am trying to create a task completion, goal oriented chatbot in python in flask. Initially I managed bot's flow using conditional logic but not it seems to be getting out of hand and is not really easy to add to. I have to go back to previous state or sometimes I have to jump a couple of states. I believe state machine and observer pattern might be some of the ways to fix this. What is the best solution?
