is there any difference between the design patterns for 3.0 and 4.5 .net framework?

I would like to start learn about the design pattern in C#. i have a book named C# 3.0 Design Patterns written by Judith Joseph published by O'Reilly, Now my concern is, there any difference between the design pattern for frame work 3.0 and framework 4.5, because i am using framework 4.5 and i don't want to invest my time on something which is not going to help me in my coding standard. My question in a nutshell is
