Matlab Compare the performance of these classifiers in fishers iris data set

Helloo!! I am working on a Pattern Recognition project and I face some problems. I have loaded the Fisher's Iris data set on my project and I want to run the k-NN classifier(for k = 1,3,5),the Perceptron ,the Least Squares (LS) and the NN on the above data set.For the performance i need to use 5-fold validation.Do you have any ideas to start guys?
