I'm looking for functional programming style, reactive and non blocking API [closed]

There is rest endpoint “/price” should take “flight number and date” as a parameter and return a “price”.
But my “pricing engine taking 3GB RAM in memory, SLA is 50ms, load is around 50 request per day.

Any suggestions to implement this scenario in java?
