Integration with similar services [closed]

What is the best way to integrate with several services that are very similar, but there are slight differences between them.

I want to contact several API for the SMS sending service, each of which differs from the other in a simple way, for example: all services must be provided with text, date and time of sending, some of these services require the date and time in a different format.
