Should i Learn Programming languages or Fundamentals

I'm Half graduate and I've worked on different php and web apps plus i've also strong grip on Java In future i want to stay in android development. Should i learn other technologies first like angular or should i learn other fundamentals like Design Pattern and Problem Solving Algorithms . Thank you.
