Deploying Asp.net MVC Application in Multiple Sites located in Remote Locations

We need to create a new Asp.net Webapplication (Not Decided to be Webforms or MVC) that needs to be installed in Multiple locations(Like Different Countries). So the existing system(Which is in Classic ASP) is very tough to maintain these multiple applications when ever there is any update or Bug fix to be deployed into these remotely installed applications. So any suggestions of having the applications to be maintained easy just like how Microsoft does to create a new update KB"Whatever" okay take this and download. So how this can looked into?
