Is DOMAIN a part of Business logic layer?

I'm trying to implement DAL and BLL layers in my .NET app. While implementing DAL, I've decided to use Repository pattern with EF. My entities are holded in DOMAIN project. Should I place DOMAIN into BLL or is it a part of DAL?
