Can someone help me to find my regex pattern for names validation? [closed]

I need a regex pattern that verify if a name is valid. no digit, can have whitespace and - but never 2 in a row and the space can't be followed by a - and - can't be follows by a space.

Can someone that know regex help me plz.. my matchs never fits :(
