Which design pattern is best to use in android MVP or MVVM? [closed]

I am working as an Android developer. Till these days I was going through MVC design pattern in android projects. From now I am planning to change the design pattern. So after doing some long research on the other two patterns MVP and MVVM, I was bit confused to which one to use.

As MVP is one to one relationship and MVVM is one to many relationship I was confused which is better to use.

Can anyone please suggest me and what is the design mostly every companies are using.
