XSD pattern for comma seperated list of decimal number ended by 0.0

I need to restrict this:

<IN> 43.3,42.4,42.2,42.0,41.8,41.6,41.2,40.8,40.4,39.8,39.4,38.7,38.0,37.3,36.5,35.7,34.8,33.9,33.0,31.9,30.9,30.0,29.0,27.9, 0.0</IN>
