How to display a battery status like your phone's on Android Studio?

The percentage of battery of a li-ion battery will be sended from an Arduino by Bluetooth, and the app will display it like a smartphone's.

What I've found is to display the phone's battery not another device.

I want something like a vertical this which will be small in a corner of the screen with a warning level and also a medium level ( in yellow ) and a charging state.
