Develop a tile design tool on web

I have to start developing a tile design & report tool next week. But now I haven't still found the SDK which can be useful for me to develop this asap.

The website I have to develop is similar to this https://www.villalagoontile.com/tile-design-tool/

As you can see on the website, I think there should be a pattern design tool so that user can pick up the pattern produced from pattern design tool.

If you have something to advise me, I'm very happy to hear from you. Actually I would like to get some hints about SDKs or Plugins for this.
