All operations are fully asynchronously, Application sort of scenario: One order can be altered or dispatched and dispatched order also can be altered if and only if today and the dispatch date is greater than 24 hours.
The system shall allow the user requested changes to be stored against the order, and shall inform the user that the changes have been made and shall be dealt with shortly.
