What is the name of this iOS design pattern and how to apply it on Delphi?

Yes, I'm aware that using a non-native development platform might run over problems when dealing with design patterns.

When going full screen, any Delphi application will fit the entirely screen.

However, iOS looks to have a standard design for full-screen mode, where it causes the header to further fade into the background while applying the header color to it and not hiding any icons nor information on the top (battery, bluetooth, time, etc) like this:
