Android design my app

I have app that show some data. The app contain 1 activity and several fragments. The app support FCM. I want to design the app to support the most update data. When data is updated I send it from my server to the app by notification data. The app show the data in more than 1 fragment in different views. I want to design the app that when the data is updated refresh the fragment only if needed.
