Where to get advice on design solutions?

I want to apologize in advance if my question does not comply with stackoverflow rules, my question is about design solutions, I want to know if there are special sites or communities where I can get answers about design solutions for the site, for example which font is most suitable a certain layout or what color should be used for a certain block and so on... if you know then please share your answers with me it will be interesting to know
