What's the best answer to 'What design patterns have you used in your project!'?

In most of the interview they always ask for a what design pattern do you have used in your project. In terms of my iOS project I used MVC architecture pattern along with delegate and protocol, Notification and handler, Singleton and at some point implemented MVVM also. I know we can't stick to one pattern we need to implement different pattern's but how to answer this question because most of the time this question is just a start to the interview and it always create one impression on interviewer.
