How can i achieve a pattern as shown in the picture using Android Studio (only)?

I've used Adobe XD to design this layout and exported to studio thereafter but the picture quality gets poor and looks nowhere near to what seems in XD.

So,what i'm really trying to ask is can i use just android studio to create a pattern (like one in the toolbar area) ?
