Which object oriented design pattern should I use for a war game with millions of soldiers?

This question has been asked by my teacher: Imagine you are developing a war game with millions of soldiers with same overall design but with different jobs. Which design pattern should you choose?

This is not the exact wording but basically I need to create one soldier then multiply it a lot of times.

I can only think of Factory Pattern but I'm not sure.
