Is there any tutorial how to build a completely own pattern library/style guide?

does anybody know how to create a own pattern library like astrum or fractal? I've allready searched for a tutorial but I can only find finished style guides where I only can add components. But I want to create a completely own library.

Does anybody know such tutorial what can help me?
