How to Implement MVP Pattern in JSF?

I have read threads talking about how to understand JSF as an MVC Framework (here and here) and even explaining that it depends in the point of view here, but in the tag info about jsf it says that it is a model-view-presenter framework.

From what I have understood FacesServlet acts as the controller and you don't program that, if that's true, How can I implement the MVP pattern?, I haven't found any example codes yet.
