Print NIKE pattern using loops - Java [on hold]

I am trying to figure out a way to print certain patterns which are not regular. like NIKE sign with stars. One approach i thought of is to print a matrix of squares, say 10 X 10 and then decide a logic to fill in characters in a way that it does not cross max (10). Any other suggestions?
