How do I print the following pattern?

I have to create the following pattern by using loop. It should be of any user input choice. I am going let's say 5 to go with.

it should print like this in the attached ScreenShot.I have taken a user input such as 5, but it should grow with more, let's say 7 or 8.

I am not getting how can i achieve it?

I tried to solve it, but I am unable to achieve with two.

As i followed with % operation, still I am getting miss in it.
