I want to search a pattern and select the word after the pattern

I want to search a word in the phrase and then select the next word/digit after that.

For example;

Hi, today you have made a purchase. The value = Rs. 12346 and quantity = 45 and Balance = 789

I want to select and create three columns of value, quantity and Balance and transfer the respective values to their respective columns.

I want to get something like this:

Value |Quanity| Balance ------ | ------ 12346 45 789
