Exclude certain words site name patterns in regex

I need html pattern code for except all ns entry which contain one domain: The first part * is variable and The second part .book.ir is fixed

Example:

ns1.book.ir
ns2.book.ir
ns3.book.ir
dns.book.ir
*.book.ir
