Design Pattern used in classes com.github.javaparser.ast.body.MethodDeclaration and com.github.javaparser.ast.visitor.VoidVisitorAdapter

I read about the design patterns online and tried to see the codes for it, but I am lost as to which design pattern is used for these classes. Can anyone be kind enough to guide me on this?
