I know this might be opinion-based question but that's what I'm looking for. I have a system that currently picks up questions randomly from 3 different database tables. I want to change this to allow me to specify how many questions the system should pick from each database. Note. I'm currently limited to only picking 100 questions.
One of the approaches I've tried is giving each table a priority column in percentage so I would have table A having 50% and the others 25% each but I still feel this might not be the best option. Any other suggestions are welcomed.
