I am building an application and the requirement is to build a page for customer review and feedback in .NET using CQRS pattern. Can somebody help me with the idea? So far I have thought if customers post a feedback about any problem it will be checked. If the problem(tracking, refund) is solved it should be marked as "Solved"-- command part.
