How to handle 'completed' scenario when multiple instances of a microservice are handling a batch of messages

microservice-A is expecting a finate number of jobs (say 10) from microservice-B. A has multiple instances running, so they consume few jobs each. How would any instance of A know if all 10 of job are arrived. So that when all jobs are processed it can send a "completed" event.
