Blackboard pattern vs Broker pattern [Software Architecture]

Which one of the two is superior in real time architectural pattern?

So I had this question in my Software Architecture exam, and I was stumped. I went through my coursebooks and searched online, but couldn't find an answer. If somebody could answer this, it would be very helpful.
