Design architecture for Flutter (MVC a good idea?)

my friends and I are developing our first cross-platform mobile application and we came across Flutter. We think its the perfect fit for our idea, but we have some troubles to find the right design architecture. We are used to the MVC principle, which isn't as common in Flutter as it is in other languages. Is it a good idea to use it in that way? Would we still need Redux? What could you recommend us?
